(Because this unit is located directly on the waterfront, the site does not have sewer hookup. The holding tank will be pumped twice weekly by Colonial Mast)

In Season Rate: $1345.00 per week plus tax
Off Season $140.00 per night

Our on site rentals are comfortably furnished and offer the following:

Deck
picnic table
fireplace
fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full size stove and refrigerator
(dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utencils, etc.)
coffee maker
outside gas grill with bbq tools
television with DVD player
air conditioner

(Linens/towels are not provided)

Rental Unit can accomodate up to 6 people. Rate includes two adults and their own unmarried children under age 21.
All others are considered guests and must register and pay a guest fee.
No smoking or pets allowed in rental units. NO EXCEPTIONS
Reservation deposit is 1/2 of rental fee, balance due one month prior to arrival date.
Deposits on rental units are non-refundable.
Security deposit of $ 150.00 required

Complimentary use of indoor pool included in rental fee
