Summer camping season from May 1, 2010 to October 15, 2010

Seasonal Site Without Sewer: $3000.00 (plus tax of $210.00)
Seasonal Site With Sewer: $3100.00 (plus tax of $217.00)
Seasonal Site With Sewer, Newer Section: $3350.00
(plus tax of 234.50)

All seasonal sites are plus metered electric, billed four times a summer.
Winter storage fee - $150.00

Boats up to 24 feet - $675.00
Boats over 24 feet - $725.00
2nd Boat under 16 feet - $300.00
Pedal Boat - $100.00

Seasonal dock slip entitles boat owner the use of the boat ramp, an assigned slip and boat trailer storage. Fenders and docking lines are boat owners responsibility.

Year round seasonal site with sewer - $4350.00
(plus tax of $304.50)

Plus metered electric
Includes use of indoor pool, hot tub and lodge
Water will not be available on site after October. Camper is issued a key for 24 hour access to heated restrooms and showers located at pool building

Winter only seasonal site - $1000.00 (plus tax of $70.00)

Winter seasonal camping is designed for vacation stays only, i.e. weekends and vacation periods, and not for full time residence.
